As a Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CF2), Dave upholds the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism—principles that have guided his work since the beginning of his career.

Dave founded Capital Peak Financial in 1996, building the firm on the foundational values he learned growing up in a small Northern California town, where he worked in his family’s business. Those early lessons in hard work, ethics, and putting people first continue to shape his client-centered approach today.

A graduate of California State University, Chico, Dave earned his bachelor's degree in 1986 before launching a career dedicated to helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals with confidence and clarity. As a Certified Financial Fiduciary, he is held to a strict code of conduct that ensures every recommendation he makes is based solely on what is best for his clients.

Dave has led countless financial education workshops, retirement planning seminars, and client appreciation events over the years, believing strongly in the power of education to build lasting trust. For him, the most fulfilling aspect of his work is the lifelong relationships he’s built—celebrating with clients as they achieve financial milestones and navigate life’s transitions.

Dave has resided in Venice, Florida since 2007 with his wife of 30 years, Denise. Outside the office, he enjoys tennis, hiking, traveling, and quality time with their two children and two grandchildren.

Earl was born in Southern California and grew up in East Orange, New Jersey. In 1985, he returned to California and began his career with New York Life in 1988. With over three decades of experience, Earl has specialized in retirement planning for individuals and small businesses.

He met his wife, Letitia, and together they are celebrating 30 wonderful years of marriage this year. They have three adult children and are proud grandparents to seven grandchildren. Family time is a cherished part of their lives, often spent with their two beloved French Bulldogs, Bentley and Armani.

In his free time, Earl enjoys experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends and finds relaxation in cycling.

Abi specializes in retirement income planning, tax-free legacy solutions, and asset protection. His clients include federal retirees and executives from top companies such as Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Netflix, Nvidia, Tesla, and Google.

Abi holds dual degrees—a Master’s in Information Technology & Management and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering. He has consulted for major institutions including Fannie Mae, JPMorgan Chase, and The World Bank.

Carl McClurg is a proud resident of southern Ohio for over 45 years who maintains a genuine sense of gratitude for the hard work, family values and selflessness instilled in him by many positive influential individuals throughout his life. 

 Carl is  the owner and founder of Complete Wealth Strategies, which he started in 2009 to "empower clients to take control of their financial lives." Additionally, he's the Co-Founder of Ohio Pension Consultants, LLC, an organization designed to assist pension plan owners with making educated retirement decisions. 

 Carl owned and operated an office technology company up until the mortgage crisis of 2008. He watched the decimation of the stock market and felt, firsthand, the subpar level of service provided by advisors. Knowing there had to be a better way to help people financially, Carl returned to school and launched his financial career. Today, the team at Complete Wealth Strategies focuses on developing investment and tax strategies to help their clients achieve financial success. 

 Over 44 years of business experience in multiple industries and starting two companies gives Carl a unique ability to relate to a wide variety of clients and their financial situations. He holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 certifications, and being an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, as well as Certified Financial Fiduciary and Certified Exit Planning Advisors and shows his commitment to putting his clients' interests first.

 Carl is married to Caroline, and together they have five children—Erika, Amanda, Eddie, Marie, and Michael—and eight grandchildren—Breydan, Boston, Eli, Owen, Abel, Ahri, Elise and Karli— and 2 great-grandchildren— Luca and Mia. Outside of the office, you can find him volunteering in the community, spending time with family and friends, and traveling for some relaxation.

Fed up with generic calculators and lack of personalized guidance, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn comprehensive retirement strategies.

 Now I help others take charge of their own retirements and I focus on protecting and growing wealth while ensuring clients never run out of income during retirement. Andre is a Certified Financial Fiduciary® who has worked in the financial arena since 2008. Since then, he has helped protect the assets of hundreds of clients. He has access to a broad diversification of products and services that allow him to offer sound advice on asset protection and growth. Andre is committed to educating his clients and building a long term relationship of success in reaching retirement goals.

Andre served his country several years in the US Army at the Pentagon while stationed at Ft. Myers, VA. From there he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Business from Troy University.  He makes his home in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife Gail of 28 years and their 2 children.

Hi! I am Margaret Harris. Our family moved to Plymouth in 1977 and lived at the corner of Starkweather and Farmer in Old Village until 2000. From 1994 to 2001 I lived in Chugiak and Eagle River, Alaska and then returned to Michigan. Settled into Plymouth again in 2009 after marrying Charlie Harris. My background as a certified medical assistant has provided me with insights into the world of insurance that have been very helpful! I have had a Life insurance license since 2006. Updated for Health and Medicare in 2020. Certified for Medicare on and off the Marketplace and recently became an RSSA, Registered Social Security analyst.  I work with many carriers to find suitable coverage for your Health, Life, and Medicare plans.   2025 is an awesome year as my granddaughter was born in March!!    My most recent certification is as a CF with NACFF as a Certified Financial Fiduciary®.
