About Scott German

Scott German is a partner at LiveAmerica, where he leads growth efforts and supports the company’s management teams and agents in delivering powerful living benefit life insurance, long term care solutions, and retirement income products nationwide.

With over 28 years of experience building and supporting career and independent insurance agencies, Scott has deep roots in the industry. Before joining LiveAmerica, he spent 16 years at AIG’s AGLA, holding several senior leadership roles, including Chief Distribution Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales. His early career includes 10 years at Prudential, where he gained hands-on experience in sales, training, and regional marketing leadership.

Scott has been a committed contributor to the industry, actively involved in organizations like NAIFA and GAMA since the late 1980s. He served as President of the Auburn Association of Life Underwriters and has been a featured speaker at the Leadership and Management Program (LAMP). He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Syracuse University and in addition to being a Certified Financial Fiduciary he holds LUTCF and CLF designations.
