About Craig Holder
Craig Holder is a Vice President at HUB International, where he advises businesses and organizations on commercial property & casualty coverage — including cyber (CCIS (certified cyber insurance specialist) globally accredited designation), management liability, and specialty lines — as well as employee benefits strategy, spanning self-funded, level-funded, and fully insured group health plans, along with multiemployer trust fund benefits.
Based in the Chicago area, Craig works with mid-market employers, labor unions, construction / real estate, privately owned businesses, private equity, cannabis, and professional services organizations throughout the USA and internationally, helping clients navigate complex risk and benefits decisions with clarity, confidence, and year-over-year results.
As a Certified Financial Fiduciary®, Craig is committed to the highest standard of care in his work — putting his clients' best interests first and bringing a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every relationship he builds.
Outside of work, Craig is a devoted father to his two sons, CJ, a graduate of Notre Dame Law School (attorney @ Thompson Coburn LLP), and Tyler, a student at the University of Missouri. He spent many years coaching youth sports alongside his boys and remains an active volunteer with the American Legion. In his free time, Craig enjoys travel, staying active through softball, football, golf, and working out, and spending time at the beach — always making time for good wine, great sushi, and time with close friends and family.
